The Primary Recruitment Group is children between the ages of 8 and 12 years old. Parents are encouraged to enlist their children in the club to improve their reading skills and to appreciate the act of reading a paper and ink book.

Parents of younger children are encouraged to enlist their children, if the children already have a little reading ability. This could help the children develop better reading skills faster.

 

Parents of even younger children are encouraged to enlist their children and then read the books to the children. The earlier children read, the better off they will be in the future.

 

Parents of older children who lack good reading skills are encouraged to enlist their children so they can improve their reading skills in the privacy of their own homes. This will help the older children without putting them at risk of bullying or ridicule from their friends or classmates.

 

Any child with a desire to improve his or her reading skills would benefit from being a part of the club.

​We ask for children to participate in monthly book reports to maximize the benefits of the Book Club.
